What makes working in adland so special? With Simon Daglish, Vicky Radcliffe and Sue Todd

Hello, welcome to the NABS Podcast. My name is Sue Todd. I am the CEO of NABS, and I am the guest host for this episode. They have finally let me loose. I have been given the mic, so it might be my first and last hosting of the NABS Podcast. Let's see how we go. In all seriousness, I have been handed the reins for a very special reason. Today, this episode marks the firing of the starting gun for this year's Yay List.  

Sue Todd (00:25)  

For those of you who don't know what that is, this is our second year in partnership with Campaign, publishing an annual public thank you to all NABS donors who have supported us throughout 2026 and therefore enabled us to help thousands of your colleagues, friends, co-workers and people you know from across the industry.  

Sue Todd (00:55)  

We were delighted in 2025 that, when we published this list for the first time, we were able to show the 100-plus organisations in all their glory who supported us last year. We are hoping that by December 2026, that number will be even greater for this year. The truth is that, being the industry's charity, we rely entirely on the generosity and donations of you, our listeners, the organisations in our sector and the many people within the industry who advocate, cheerlead and ensure that the right financial support is given to the industry charity.

My own experience of 30-plus years in this industry has been that the most inspiring thing about our industry is the warmth and generosity of the people. I think that is really reflected in NABS, and in the fact that there is literally an army out there of leaders, and sometimes not leaders, people much earlier in their careers, who are championing us and making sure we get the right level of financial support to sustain and help anyone in our industry who feels stuck, for whatever reason.  

Sue Todd (01:55)  

Just to keep the military reference and metaphor going a little bit longer, I am absolutely delighted today that, on this podcast to celebrate the launch of the 2026 Yay List, I am joined by two captains, no, generals of our industry, I would say, who have honestly been huge supporters of our industry broadly, and NABS specifically, over the years and in various guises.  

Sue Todd (02:23)  

We have with us today Simon Daglish, or Dags as everybody knows him, deputy managing director of commercial sales at ITV. For the last 10 years, he has been transforming and leading the ITV commercial offer, which has led to record-breaking revenue achievements and many awards and recognitions across the sector. Dags is also a leader in the charity space. He is a past chair of NABS, has been a trustee for many years, and is also the founder of Walking With The Wounded. He is a huge advocate and a huge cheerleader. I am delighted to call him a friend and colleague. Welcome to the NABS Podcast, Dags.

Thank you, Sue. I don't recognise any of that, but it's very kind of you to say it.  

Sue Todd (03:12)  

This is the positive bit. And with him, we are also delighted to have Vicky Radcliffe, chief investment officer at PHD. She has spent over 20 years in various media roles, really at the cutting edge of trying to balance performance, partnership and people, often doing all three at the same time in her delightful and charming way. She is a true people champion, and she believes that the media industry is at its very best when people feel connected, supported and empowered. She is also a huge champion of NABS and a huge supporter, and I am delighted to have her here as another one of the generals in the NABS army. Welcome, Vicky.  

Vicky Radcliffe (03:52)  

Thank you so much, Sue, and thank you for having me on my first-ever podcast. This is brand new to me, so I am excited.  

Sue Todd (03:57)  

I love that. Fantastic. Vicky, let's start with you. What's going on in your world? How are you feeling?  

Vicky Radcliffe (04:06)  

Slightly better than yesterday. I was at home yesterday with the kids stressing me out. I don't actually work Mondays, but I had the day off ferrying them around to various AirHops, Wagamamas and all sorts. Do you know what? I couldn't wait to get back into the office today. I was like, I can focus on work. I can just be myself without having to worry about what they are going to eat next. So actually, today has been non-stop and packed, but it is good to see our office packed and it is good to be here.  

Sue Todd (04:38)  

Lovely to have you. Thank you. The summer juggle, fun as it is. Dags, how are you doing?  

Simon Daglish (04:42)  

I'm wondering what's for supper, Vicky.  

Vicky Radcliffe (04:44)  

I'm not thinking about it. Not my job today.  

Sue Todd (04:46)  

Fair enough. So look, thank you so much for finding us time today in your busy schedules. I know that both of you know lots about NABS, and I have spent lots of time with both of you over the last few years, which I have been very grateful for. But we are at a particular moment in time as an industry where there is, we always say this, but it feels maybe more than usual, a change process that feels pretty large and everywhere: client side, brand side, media owner side, agency side. There is a lot going on.  

Sue Todd (05:16)  

So how is all this change and transformation, exciting as it is in many ways, affecting people on the ground? What's your sense of how people are coping with the current situation and what's going on in our industry? Dags, let's kick off with you.  

Simon Daglish (05:34)  

It is a really good question, because I suspect lots of people feel differently. To try to categorise the whole industry in a single phrase or term is going to be quite difficult. On one side, I think everybody is really excited. AI is the word and the thing of the moment, and everybody is really excited about that. On the other side, they are very concerned because of the potential effect it could have on roles within the industry. And then I think there is a third side, and I don't say this just as a sample of one, but what the hell is it going to do?  

Simon Daglish (06:11)  

No one really knows. I think there is uncertainty from a job-specific point of view, but there is also uncertainty because we don't actually know how it is going to manifest itself and how it is going to change the industry. You hear superlatives the whole time: it is always going to revolutionise, it is going to do this, that and the other. Generally, what people say is well ahead of when it actually happens. But I get a feeling that this might not be the case. I think the next 18 months will be revolutionary for everybody in one sense or another.  

Simon Daglish (06:46)  

So I think people are positive. Look, the sun is shining, the birds are singing, the flags are flying. It is a beautiful day in adland, and generally they are pretty good. But I do think there is a little bit of concern out there, which is understandable. I have it personally myself. I don't know what the future holds, and we will have to wait and see.  

Sue Todd (07:05)  

I think that mixed bag that you have described perfectly, both in terms of how different people feel and how you can feel as an individual on a different day, is a perfect representation of the roller coaster that seems to surround us all, both from an industry and work perspective and from a global, world perspective as well.  

Sue Todd (07:25)  

I think that is how lots and lots of people feel: one day's fear and excitement can be another day's almost panic, and then some days it is just, well, it's out of my hands, out of my control, I'm just going to crack on. I think that mixed bag is part of what is difficult, to a certain extent. As somebody told me many years ago, your body reacts the same way whether you are fearful or excited. Your body is doing the same thing; the cortisol is going, the adrenaline is going. It is only your brain that interprets whether you should be scared or excited. There is such a truth in that in terms of how I personally feel as well. So thanks for sharing that. It is very insightful. Vicky, what about you? Similar sense of what is going on out there?  

Vicky Radcliffe (08:01)  

Yes, very similar to what Dags was saying. We have worked in the industry for a long time now, and we have always said things are changing. Every year we have been like, this is going to be so much; it is such a fast-paced industry, and we are always talking about change, whether it is a new platform, new tech or new ways of working that are going to transform everything. It does seem like we are getting to a point now where, with AI and everything, the transformation means we are going to see a lot of difference.  

Vicky Radcliffe (08:36)  

When we are talking about people on the ground, we have said this sort of change has created a sense of security and confidence, and people are asking: are we building people with the right skills? Are people going to have jobs in 18 months, in five years? Also, talking to my peers and people in my age group, we are worrying about our children now. Are they going to have jobs when they are older? So there is a lot of concern.  

Vicky Radcliffe (09:03)  

I think the pace of change has always been there and it will continue, but now confidence is changing slightly, with people making sure they have the right skills and that they are going to have jobs in the future. We are just trying to navigate that, and we need the reassurance and somewhere to turn to when things are feeling overwhelming. It is much more personal. We need to protect people and make sure they are set for the future.  

Sue Todd (09:16)  

Absolutely. And we need to help them navigate that sense of uncertainty because we are not going to get the answers, are we? It is not like, in a couple of weeks' time, all will become clear. It is an ongoing situation. I think if you can learn that skill of how to live well when things around you feel more out of control or less certain, then you thrive as opposed to struggle.  

Sue Todd (09:44)  

NABS, as you both know very well, is here to help people with work-related challenges. But we are also about life stuff, because we don't step away from work and become a different person. Some of the concerns you have just raised are about our kids and futures and whether it is university. And then there is just all the normal life stuff that affects everyone every day, from grief and caring responsibilities to stress and anxiety to health concerns.  

Sue Todd (10:02)  

We are here for all of it, as you know. What is your advice right now, whether on a tough day, a tough week or a tough month? Because, let's be honest, if you get yourself into a space where you are a little bit stuck, it can last longer than a day. What's your advice, whether it is a life thing or a work thing, for how people can get themselves unstuck and potentially move forward positively when things feel a bit grim or tough?  

Vicky Radcliffe (10:28)  

When I was a lot younger, I thought I had to do everything by myself. You thought resilience meant stiff upper lip, don't share your problems. It wasn't one of those things that we wanted to talk about. You saw that as a bit of a failure. But I came to realise very quickly that you can't carry it by yourself. It is just too much to do. Talk to people.  

Vicky Radcliffe (10:59)  

The older I have got, the more I have realised that it is complete nonsense that you can carry it by yourself. In every difficult period I have had in my career, it has been easier because I have built a really good network around me and trusted them enough to talk honestly. Sometimes it was a manager, sometimes a colleague, sometimes a friend, but it is one of those moments where you just want to talk through it with someone.  

Vicky Radcliffe (11:20)  

This industry is amazing for people, and you can build such a trusted network. I think quite easily, because we have a lot of events that happen in the industry, you can build that trusted network. So open up, talk to people, and focus on the stuff that you can do in front of you rather than the bigger picture stuff for the time being. When things are tough, it is easy to become overwhelmed, so just try to find someone you trust that you can talk to.  

Sue Todd (11:35)  

Very insightful. You find yourself, the older you get, realising all those cliches and sayings were right, don't you? Take a breath, a problem shared is a problem halved, and all that. I think we have a different understanding now of why those things work, from neuroscience and our understanding of breathing techniques and meditation, and all the things we know more about now. But the honest truth is, some of those things have been true forever.  

Sue Todd (11:57)  

I totally hear you on our industry and the sharing point. One of my first lessons about NABS was when I went on one of our workshops. The penny dropped for me when I saw 12 people in a Confidence and Gravitas workshop start to open up about where they were from, what they were struggling with and why they had signed up for the workshop. Pretty much to a man and woman, hearing each other, someone from a big media owner, someone from a network group, someone who was freelance, someone at an independent, all open up, you could visibly see that 50 percent of the work was done by just hearing that other people also felt like they did.  

Sue Todd (12:36)  

You're not alone here, and there are ways of getting help. So I hear you completely. Thanks for sharing that, Vicky. Dags, what's your advice? From your own experience, what's made the biggest difference when it has been tougher?  

Simon Daglish (12:50)  

I guess I haven't always adopted this attitude, but I have learned it throughout my life to date. Sometimes we look at problems, and follow me on this. If you are feeling bad, follow me on this. Don't say, it's all right for him. I would suggest that adversity is not necessarily a bad thing.  

Simon Daglish (13:20)  

What adversity does is challenge you, and it puts you in a position where you have to adopt, adapt, change, manoeuvre, whatever it is: your personality, what you do, how you do it, how you achieve things. That gives you two things. First of all, you will overcome whatever adversity is in front of you. You just will, because you are strong and you are human. And when you do, you learn more and you become more resilient, more effective and happier. You can always look back on difficult times and say, God, I got over that.  

Simon Daglish (13:55)  

I think that gives you a sense of self-confidence and self-worth, because you have achieved something. People's achievements can be great or small; it is up to them how they feel about them. But sometimes we approach things with, that's a problem, what am I going to do? Oh my God, it's a problem. If you approach a problem and say, actually, I'm going to use this to learn, to grow, to become stronger, and I'm going to get through the other side, and I will be better for it at the other end, then generally you will do it.  

Simon Daglish (14:26)  

Someone once said to me, happiness is not the absence of problems; it is the ability to deal with them. Once you learn that ability, problems become opportunities. It is a trite proposition, but I have seen it so many times. Look, I am much older than most people in the industry. I am 60 now, and I have seen it so many times: people have faced adversity, got over it and come out better.  

Simon Daglish (14:55)  

I think that is going to happen to all of us at some point in our careers. There will be a great deal of adversity, but all of us will get over it and you will be better for it. I try to take that positive attitude into everything. And if you are feeling down and a bit cheesed off, and life isn't going your way, that is a very difficult thing to hear. But it is the truth, so bear with it.  

Sue Todd (15:11)  

I totally hear you. It is sometimes a difficult thing to believe when you are younger, or maybe you haven't yet faced too much adversity. But once you have, and once you are able to frame it that way and look back, there is no question that you can see how it has changed you and, as you say, given you more confidence. Again, I hate to use a granny saying, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. It is genuinely true, isn't it? You get some form of inner strength from realising that you are more capable than sometimes you believe you are when you are feeling a bit crappy. So, yes, thank you.  

Sue Todd (15:48)  

One of the things that I know you know about NABS, and one of the things that the Yay List is designed to shine a light on, is to advocate and demonstrate how much we believe in the power of community, which most people who have been in this industry for more than two minutes understand about this sector.  

Sue Todd (16:14)  

Celebrating that there are people here to listen to you, to hear you, to support you, to give you advice and to share things with you is a massive part of what makes this industry incredibly special. So how does adland, in your experience, lift you up? As two people who were part of the Yay List last year, our first time ever, what does it do for you to be part of the Yay List as a business, but also on an individual level, being part of this great community?  

Simon Daglish (16:35)  

I have been part of this great community for a very long time. When you are growing up in the industry, and it is still the case now, the Media Business Course is one of the great courses out there. You see it. I remember doing it some 30-odd years ago, probably longer than that, 35 years ago, and some of the friends on that course are still my friends now. The wonderful thing about this industry is that it is a collaborative industry. It is a very human industry. It has great people in it. They will be friends, and you will share similar experiences that you can talk about for years and years and years, and probably laugh about.  

Simon Daglish (17:23)  

With specifics to the Yay List, I think the Yay List is just the coming together of that friendship in a more formal setting. Everybody who is on the Yay List, if you look down it, you know most of the individuals on there, have come across them, and I regard them all, if not as good colleagues, then as good friends. I think it is a sign of how strong the community is and how it comes together and supports each other. NABS is the conduit for that, but within that there is an invisible spider's web of threads that connects all of us and makes us stronger together. That is how I see it.  

Sue Todd (17:52)  

I totally agree. It sort of sits over the top or under the bottom, and lots of the ally organisations that we work with have their own ways of providing community that are incredibly important, from Advertising Week and WACL to Bloom and more sector-specific things. For us, the most important thing about it is to say thank you to those businesses.  

Sue Todd (18:11)  

Nobody tells you when you join, become a manager or are in charge of a business that you have to support NABS. We come around asking you to, but the reality is that it is a choice that a business and people in management teams within a business make. It is one that we are incredibly grateful for, and I think it is a massive indication of the types of people who run the businesses in our industry, who I also consider to be friends.  

Sue Todd (18:39)  

Vicky, you have been a supporter of us in a number of ways. PHD helps us out with donations, and they make a huge difference to our bottom-line funding. You have also, on a personal level, leaned in quite heavily, which we really appreciate. What's your sense of what being part of the Yay List means?  

Vicky Radcliffe (18:54)  

Well, firstly, I love the name, so well done on that.  

Sue Todd (18:58)  

Thank you.  

Vicky Radcliffe (18:59)  

Excellent all round. Do you know what? It is one of those things that brings everyone together. Sure, we compete against other agencies, the broadcasters compete against each other, every platform competes against everyone, and then the Yay List brings together everyone, brings down the barriers and celebrates.  

Vicky Radcliffe (19:24)  

When you go to any NABS events or anything, it is not about competition or who is doing best. It is about sharing that combined kindness, contribution and generosity. We are showing up for all the people who work in the industry. It is one of those really nice things that we should absolutely do more of. When you launched the Yay List last year, it brought it to the forefront and recognised and showcased all the great work that everyone does for NABS and for their people. So I am here for it.  

Sue Todd (19:54)  

We know you are. And you are here for this podcast, your first one too.  

Vicky Radcliffe (19:58)  

I also have to say, on the NABS lot, I have never met such nice people who all work within one place. You do have the best people, and I know the guys at PHD love working with you all.  

Simon Daglish (20:10)  

I would just like to reiterate that. Funnily enough, I won't say who it is because I will embarrass him, but I took somebody to a NABS dinner the other day who wasn't very close to NABS. He said to me afterwards, they are such nice people. He was really touched. You really are, so you have a fantastic team.  

Sue Todd (20:30)  

Well, we are here for the rest of you guys, and you guys are here to support us. Thank you. In terms of the future, none of us knows what it is. But do you have a sense, as business leaders who have worked in this industry a long time and have built friendships and lots of positive relationships, of what it means to pass things on? I am not a big fan of the word legacy, but I am a fan of saying there is a spirit in this industry that some of us feel is important to protect.  

Sue Todd (21:02)  

Part of the Yay List is about celebrating the people who also feel like that, because that generosity to help others and that sense of there being a safety net is important. Should we make sure the next generation sees that there is a certain spirit in NABS and a certain spirit in this industry that people like you and others are champions of? Is that part of what we should be doing? I sense it is, but I would be really interested in how you feel about that.  

Vicky Radcliffe (21:26)  

I do think, if everyone plays their part, there is a bit of leaving it in a slightly better place than when you found it. There are obviously some difficult times ahead within the industry, and that has always been the case, to be honest. It is just more prevalent now than before.  

Vicky Radcliffe (21:48)  

But I do think it is everyone's job, especially as leaders, to make it a better place for the people coming up behind you. You never know what is going to happen. You want to be able to support them. You want to make them better. Even when someone is having a difficult time within the industry, we want them to stay in the industry. We want them to build a successful career and then go on to support someone else. We have to make sure we pass that culture on and make sure that the ripple effect continues, and that a good ripple effect continues. It is our job to do that.  

Sue Todd (22:15)  

Do you think people see it like that? Do you have a sense that other managers, leaders and businesses feel like that as well?  

Simon Daglish (22:23)  

I think generally, as Vicky said earlier, the industry is full of good people. Of course, there are some people who get on better with others and vice versa, because that is the diversity and variety of the people who work in our industry. But the spirit remains really, really strong. The spirit is basically one of a collegiate, collaborative bunch of people who are connected by humanity and just being thoroughly decent people.  

Simon Daglish (22:58)  

As I say, you are going to get on better with somebody else than another person, and that is fine. But generally, I think everybody in this industry is a pretty good egg, to use an old phrase. I would also say that NABS is a reflection of the spirit of the industry. The reason NABS is so successful and has been around for such a long time is because it actually is not just the moral compass, but the focal point for everything that is good in our industry, and that helping hand when you need it, that listening ear and that sympathetic tone of voice.  

Simon Daglish (23:32)  

NABS does that really well, but I think that is endemic throughout the industry. There are obviously moments when that sympathetic voice is quite hard to hear, but you know that beneath it there is goodness. That is not a legacy I hand down or you hand down. That is just something that has been in the industry since I have been there and will continue for many, many years. I am absolutely sure of that.  

Sue Todd (24:02)  

Very positive. I like the fact that there is a sense in our industry that, even when it is hard and even when, on a collective or individual level, people are really struggling, there is a sense of: get help, there is help for you. At its most fundamental level, you are right, NABS is the charity that represents that. But there are many people and places that have helped me out over the years. Some of those people are connected to NABS and some of those people aren't. NABS is almost the representation of that. I completely agree with you, Dags.  

Sue Todd (24:35)  

On a more light-hearted note, do we have a positive story about NABS, about being in this community or part of what NABS represents? Is there a story that you can share that is appropriate for a podcast? Some of my stories are probably not for sharing, but maybe yours are. Vicky?  

Vicky Radcliffe (24:51)  

It is more of a confession, I think. A little bit of a story. We are going back quite a while now. When I first joined the media industry, over 20 years ago, it was a very different world. I think the lunches were bigger, the parties were bigger and events were bigger. I have to say, the NABS Big Bash is always a great memory.  

Vicky Radcliffe (25:20)  

As a young person seeing it all, it was incredibly glamorous and lavish. It was great times. But I remember going to, I think it might have been the NABS Big Bash back then, and it was very early in my career. Someone was telling me about NABS, and I was really naive and thinking: why do people in media need a charity? This is just a ridiculous amount of lavishness going on in places, numerous parties, et cetera. Looking back, I do cringe at that now.  

Vicky Radcliffe (25:53)  

But I mentioned this to a man called Adrian Pike, and I think he has just celebrated his 50 years just now. This was going back 20-odd years ago. He simply said to me: “You would be amazed how many people need NABS; you don't realise it.”  

That conversation has stayed with me ever since. What Adrian said, which I didn't realise back then, being new to it, is that you never really know what is going on in someone's life.  

Vicky Radcliffe (26:20)  

Behind the careers and the businesses, people can struggle with mental health, financial pressures, family difficulties, grief, redundancy. There are a whole lot of things that we don't know are going on in people's lives. NABS has been quietly helping those people through those moments for decades. I wanted to use this as an apology and a confession to say that NABS has taught me so much. NABS is there for everyone in the industry. Twenty-five years ago, I hadn't realised, essentially. And now I think that is probably why I am so keen to help and do everything we can for NABS, because I had that ignorance when I first started out in the industry.  

Sue Todd (26:46)  

You are forgiven, Vicky. You are absolutely forgiven.  

Simon Daglish (26:51)  

My favourite moment, Sue, was hiring you. You did say we weren't allowed to make personal comments, so I won't on that front, but generally, what a great job you have done. Funnily enough, Vicky's comment is very similar to mine.  

Simon Daglish (27:12)  

Twelve years ago, or I can't remember, maybe even longer, perhaps 14 years ago, Tess Alps, for those who remember, a lovely lady who used to be head of Thinkbox and ran PHD at one point, was resigning her trusteeship at NABS and came to see me. I'd just joined ITV at the time. She said, look, ITV is a big donor; you need somebody from ITV to sit on the NABS board. Dags, I would like it to be you. Will you take over from me as a trustee?  

Simon Daglish (27:41)  

I hadn't had anything to do with NABS. Well, I say anything to do with it; I had been to the Big Bash. I sort of thought at the time: bugger, this is going to be a pain. All right, I'll do it. I went along and I couldn't believe the great work that NABS did. As Vicky rightly says, you don't know what is going on in people's lives. Unless you are sitting in the middle of NABS, you don't know how effective and how needed it is. Only then do you really understand the impact that NABS has on individuals, because NABS doesn't cater for everybody as one group; it caters largely for people as individuals.  

Simon Daglish (28:19)  

You don't see its mass effect. I remember walking into the office and sitting down. I think I did two or three days with NABS to learn the charity, if you like. I was stunned. I was amazed by some of the phone calls. I was amazed by some of the things that you still do and did then. I have been a convert ever since. The question that Vicky asked, why does advertising need a charity? It's advertising. All you do is go out for lunch, get drunk and end up in bed with a cat or whatever. But it really does, because everybody has a life outside this industry, and that is important to support.  

Sue Todd (28:50)  

I couldn't agree more. It is exactly my experience of NABS too. I had been in the industry 30 years, knew it, had been to the parties, until I looked under the hood and became part of, and moved over to work with, NABS more closely as it is. I had no idea. It really is extraordinary, and I feel very privileged to have seen that and to have been able to play a tiny part in it now for the last couple of years.  

Sue Todd (29:20)  

There have been many people, and a lot of effort for a large number of years, who have gone into ensuring that whatever happens to you in your life or work, if you are part of this industry then there is a way to get help, however big that problem is and however small that problem is.  

Sue Todd (29:37)  

I know the tone of this podcast is very hopeful and cheerful and celebratory, because I have been allowed on for the very reason of celebrating our donors and advocating for the Yay List. But as any listener of the NABS Podcast will know, where we get into the serious topics of doing the work is exactly what Vicky and Dags have just described.  

Sue Todd (29:56)  

I have had the experience of listening to many, many people over the last four years share with me, sometimes confidentially and sometimes more publicly, their own stories about when, eight years ago, 12 years ago, six years ago, they were struggling with something personal or work-related, they reached out to NABS and it was transformative for them. It makes me very emotional thinking about that, and thinking that I am lucky to be part of an industry and now a little bit part of NABS, supporting those thousands of people every year. Thank you both for sharing those stories.

Just to close us off on this wonderful sunny day, not everybody in the industry will make the Yay List. Last year, there were 80 companies on there, and part of what we are trying to do, to secure NABS' future, and make sure no one ever gets turned away and everyone who comes to us gets help, is to make sure there are even more donors published on the Yay List this December than there were last December.  

Sue Todd (30:40)  

Is there anything you could say to encourage anyone out there, either as a business leader or as an individual? Some of what NABS does is have individuals take up the mantle and fundraise, run events, run bake sales, as well as corporations. Have you any parting words of advice for anyone who is thinking of getting more involved in NABS and maybe leaning in, who isn't currently?  

Simon Daglish (31:03)  

I would suggest, and I don't know whether this will be very popular with you, Sue, but go and see Sue. Go and see the team, have a chat and see what they do, and you will be inspired. After that, I think you will want to help, raise money and be part of it. Go and see the team, just like I sort of reluctantly did, and I was completely inspired and loved it. I think you will be too.

And you are in forever, is that what you are telling me?

No.

I think what Dags just said. If you don't know about it, or you are not sure about the services that NABS offers, go and learn about it and hear from the team, because it is amazing. It is supporting the people you work with or the teams you work with, and they are at their best when they feel connected, supported and valued. This is one way for your business to value those people. That is why NABS matters and why your people matter. So do get involved and go and see Sue Todd at NABS.
